Preservation; noun the act of preserving something. Flowers signify new beginnings and fidelity they communicate the deepest feelings in the most elegant manner they are a symbol of love and care. Flowers are a crucial way to keep a moment alive or create lasting memories of a certain time whether they be sombre of joyful.  My artwork aims to transport the viewer to a key memory they have experienced in their life. The audience is encouraged to link the work with their own personal memory or experience of a moment where flowers were prominent. It can transport people to their own wedding day or even the time they were gifted flowers. My artwork captures the emotion and memories of these moments.
